Questions
What counts as a print?
One accepted print job request in live mode. A 40 page PDF printed in 3 copies is still one print.
What happens if I go over my prints?
Paid plans never stop printing. Prints past your allowance are billed at your plan rate per 1,000 once Overage billing is enabled in the dashboard. Lite pauses live printing at 50 prints and asks you to upgrade; test mode keeps working.
Is test mode free?
Yes. Test keys print to virtual printers that behave like real ones, up to 500 jobs per day, and never count toward your plan.
How does the free first month work?
New monthly subscriptions start with the first month free through a discount applied at checkout. Cancel before it renews and you pay nothing. The free month applies to monthly billing only.
What counts as a computer?
Each machine running the InkRelay agent. Printers attached to a computer are unlimited. The limit is checked when an agent registers, with a clear error and an upgrade link if you are at your cap.
Can I switch from PrintNode?
Yes. InkRelay accepts the same Basic authentication style and the docs include a field by field migration guide. Most integrations move in an afternoon.
Who handles tax and invoices?
LemonSqueezy is our merchant of record. It charges the right sales tax or VAT and sends invoices you can download from the billing page.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply right away; cancellations keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
