Privacy Policy
1.What we collect
Account email, organization and member data, computer and printer metadata, print job metadata and the documents you send.
2.Documents
Print files are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2 only as long as needed to print and are deleted after 7 days.
3.Processors
Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (storage and DNS), Emailit (email), LemonSqueezy (payments), Sentry (error reports), Umami (cookie free analytics).
4.Your rights
Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
5.Retention
Audit logs are kept while the account exists, webhook delivery logs for 30 days, backups for 90 days.
